High Vibration Healing with LK Mind Body Wellness

Join us for a special evening of high vibration healing with LK Mind Body Wellness. This 75-minute group experience includes acupuncture and meridian stretching to activate our 5-internal elements - wood, water, fire, earth and metal. Crystal singing bowls provide an energetic massage for your chakra system, while a heart-centered meditation sets you up to lean into your own intentions and lead with compassion. You will leave with a real sense of being able to move forward with ease.

Laura is trained in 5-Element Yin Yoga and has been practicing Chinese medicine for 25 years.  She is dedicated to helping people investigate the subtle nature of healing through multi-vibrational practices.  This event is open to 8-people and will leave you feeling deeply cared for.
