Service Description

Paige began practicing yoga for the physical benefits, but the mental clarity, relaxation, and sense of empowerment are the rewards that kept her coming back. Paige sees yoga as a way of aligning the mind, body and spirit. She considers it a privilege to guide people through their practice so they can discover the role yoga can play in their lives. As a practicing psychotherapist it’s Paige’s passion to create opportunities for people to become the best version of themselves. In her classes you can expect time to center yourself while gradually building up to more active poses, then slowly winding down into a restful meditation. From people who are curious about yoga to more seasoned yogis, Paige’s classes offer students space for self-discovery and growth, both physically and mentally, on and off the mat.
